Update Capitalizable Flag on Existing Project Costs using REST API

Is it possible to use REST API to change the capitalizable flag on existing project costs? We do not want to split the costs, but rather change the flag for the entire transaction without having to do a manual reversal and re-entry.

If it is possible, how so?
