Is course/specialization recommendation based on Skills available in Grow?

Summary:

We have enabled Grow for learn on development POD (24C patch).

I do not find any learning recommendations based on Skills.

I want to know if this functionality is available in Grow where learner can see course or specialization recommendations based on his skills.

If this is available, kindly share steps to enable the same.

Note: We have already enabled dynamic skills but do not see any recommendations based on skills.
