Intercompany Segment is not derived correctly for Event Initial Performance

Why Intercompany Segment is not derived correctly for Event Initial Performance when source is L_BILL_TO_SITE_REV_CCID "Bill To Customer Line Revenue Account" ?

When i raised the same concern with Oracle got the below update.

This source L_BILL_TO_SITE_REV_CCID "Bill To Customer Line Revenue Account" cannot be used for Initial performance event.
Only below sources can be used for Initial performance:
Discount Clearing Account
Contract Liability Account
Contract Asset Account
Contract Price Variance Account
Ledger Name
Contract Classification Code
Customer Contract Date
Revenue Contract Number
