Progression Date in OTBI

Summary:

I am looking to create a report in OTBI that will show all future grade step progressions and the effective date. I can see if someone will have their grade step progressed in the assignment page, but not the effective date. And I can see the actual increment date when the increment process is run monthly to show who is due an increment in that pay periods but that is just for that period. I am looking for a report that will provide this all in one place for all future progressions with effective dates
