SSN not removed from heading

I want to modify alert notification template, where when employee update their contact relation, their SSN number should not be visible to approver. However when i just wanted to remove a SSN number in the template for END RESULT it got removed from field but not SSN still visible on heading, even though on template I have removed it-

END RESULT(IMAGE- where SSN still visible on heading)

Template-

(IMAGE- REMOVED SSN FROM THE FEILD AND HEADING- STILL ON HEADING WE ABLE TO SEE SSN)
