Main FCCS production app description has changed language

Summary:

The app description has changed language from English to Spanish and I can't see a way to change it back:

it should read:

Whilst it doesn't affect the running of the app it is concerning that it can be changed - its affecting multiple users and as service admin my settings are english - it only affects our production service - has anyone seen this before? No other items are affected.
