Time Out in EPM application while invoking BIP report

Summary:

While invoking some of the BIP reports from EPM application, it gives a time out error for few of the reports.

The BIP report in ERP which is registered as a ESS process completes fine in less than a minute and working standalone without any issues.

We had raised the SR on ERP but as BIP report was running fine, SR was closed.

This is an intermittent issue.
