Storing definition of Job family, Job functions

Summary:

Dear Community, we are looking to store definitions of each of our Job Families, Job Functions to help employee/manager understand for Talent review and roll out global career framework. In Workforce structure, I can only add a custom text field which has limitation of 150 characters. Is there a place in Talent Review or Core HR I can store the detail definations (1500 Characters or more) which would need to be populated on Global career framework statement? I would appreciate guidance/help on this information.
