Does OLC have a function to time lock courses?

Summary:

In OLC, can I make a learner stay in the course for some time.
Example: I have course which is 3hrs but i wanted to a learner should have to stay for 1hr to complete the course. If he leaves the under 1hr then the course should not be completed.
Is it possible to create a fixed time to a course.
