Line managers need to accesss HSDL template load work schedules for their subordinates.

We have added the following privileges and roles to the custom line manager role:
Manage Data Exchange Work Area Access
HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader Templates
Load Data using HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader
The line manager can view the template if they have the role access, but schedule assignments can only be uploaded by elevated users, and they currently do not have access. Is there a way to grant them access to these templates? Additionally, we need to restrict them in the person number LOV so they can only upload data for their subordinates. Please let me know how to achieve this.
