The Index Finder Month is unable to pick the value from Indexes uploaded.

Summary:

The Index Finder Month is unable to pick the value from Indexes Uploaded for expected Month. For example: the index finder month has been put up as -2 in FBDI upload. The first assessment date is 1/1/2024 so with Index Finder month, it should have looked for previous value for indexes that is 1/11/2023. How ever it has not picked up the value but the lease is imported with the Missing Index in the increase agreement template.

Can someone please help me understand that if the above scenario could be achieved using Index Finder Month field? If YES, then what should be the expected value in this field or any missing configuration at our end to achieve this.
