Migration Project attachment is missing on the email

Summary: I have created a migration project, contact notification is set, Migration Project - Send Export Package File is also added on the contact notification.

Property is set to zop still the system is producing a zip when we run the migration project due to which we are unable to receive any attachment along with the mail.
