Importing Commitments and Obligations from Coupa

Summary:

Client is using Coupa system for purchasing and only AP invoices will be imported into oracle for payment. We enabled budgetary control for tracking purposes in Oracle as manual journals also to be tracked.

Is there a way to get Commitments and Obligations from 3rd party system to Oracle without bringing PR and PO's? If not is there any work around?
