Show Receipt Quantity button missing since 24C

Summary:

We are testing 24c release update process's as well as have installed RSSP.

While testing receiving functionality, we discovered that the Show Receipt Quantity button is missing from our create receipt page.

This is only in our dev environments not our prod or test. Our Prod and Test environments still show the button.

Note we kept one environment away from RSSP so we could match our prod and the same issue is happening.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue since 24C
