Change of AOR based on Hire Date

Client had a requirement to have the AOR changed based on the employee's Hire Date.

For the Employees having the Hire Date <180 days one AOR should be assigned. And for >= 180 days one AOR should be changed/assigned.

Can this requirement be done as a Manual load for assigning of AORs to the respective representatives based on any column in common for employee's assignment and any AOR creation column?(Department, job, Location are the columns available in both Assignment page and AOR creation page. Similarly to achieve this requirement based on the Hire date is there any column which can be used?)
