Unable to deploy customisation in VBS following 24C Implementation "Build Failed"

Is anyone experiencing an issue with VBS post receiving 24C update?

I am unable to make any personalization's in VBS .

I'm disabling the "Add to Journey" button following guidance in release notes.

Able to Edit page in VBS and both Preview and Publish is expected behaviour however the message Build Failed

This is the Log File, it is stating that "no longer supported"
