Change Personal Information is Not Working as Expected
Hi Team,
We have set up a rule in change personal information in which in case of name, address ,marital status & VISA change it should go for approval to specific AOR if its an ESS transactions where as for other case ex: ethnicity and other personal info change it should get auto approved.
It is working fine for certain user where as for certain random cases it is triggering name & address rule while changing ethnicity of employee.
Kindly suggest if you have faced similar issue before and have a full proof solution in which we can assure it will work for every case.
