AOR Assign by Criteria - all jobs not available

Summary:

When using the Assign by Criteria feature when trying to create an AOR template, I am seeing some of our jobs, but not all…specifically, I do not see the jobs I need for the template. I did just run the ESS ingestion process with fa-hcm-jobs as the index, and still getting the same results. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
Below screenshot shows when typing in an 'h,' I get a few results, but none that I need. When I type in 'hr,' there are no results.
