How to hide the supplier registration URL from the Suppliers

Summary: We are in process of implementing the Supplier Self Registration feature offered by Oracle. However we are concerned with the security of the supplier registration URL. Potentially malicious supplier can get hold of the URL posing as a trusted supplier and may launch different kinds of attacks like Denial of Service. Thus we want to know if Oracle provides a way to safeguard the URL and hide it from the Supplier?
