Error in HDL :Provided CourseNumber is not valid! when trying to update

Hello,

When we are trying to update the LinkedIn, Course's Manage Default access's SelfViewMode from 'Detail View' to 'No Access' using HDL getting error below

"An error occurred. To review details of the error run the HCM Data Loader Error Analysis Report diagnostic test. Message details: JBO-handleLogicalCreate::oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-beforePhysicalRowProcessing::Provided CourseNumber is not valid!: STRINGMANAGER: Key: beforePhysicalRowProcessing::Provided CourseNumber is not valid! not found in bundle oracle.apps.hcm.learn.core.learnMetadataService.businessobjects.learningitems.courses.v3.view.CourseV3VOImpl: STRING"

Please note we were able to load other course before 8/15 not sure why we are facing issue for some of the course.
