Can I control/provision an EPM Application Security Group from IDCS Console

We are regulating a process to control the security at the domain level instead of managing it in the Application.
Security Groups (A, B, X) will be created in the Application for which definitions/Access control is set on the dimension for nodes A, B, X

When we create a user in IDCS, we will assign a group called EPM_Power_User. We would also like to see if We can assign the Security_Group_A (of the Application) to the Predefined IDCS Group.
