Some terminated employees in the Person Management Person search are not Visible for Certain HR user

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We are facing an issue searching for a few terminated (Inactive) employees for certain HR users.

Example: Employee "A" has been terminated from Location "AA" for some reason.
Once the employee is terminated the Inactive record in able found for the HR user of the Location "AA".

Note: If anyone you have faced or gone through certain cases kindly share them here, and we can use your suggestions. Thanks in Advance.
