SOC Audit report for database level change

Summary:

Does SOC report include the changes made at database level apart from the changes at application level?
This is not mentioned anywhere in SOC report or in any documentations which is why the point is raised by Audit. Hence seeking clarification.

If this is not included in SOC reports, where can we get the details of such changes?
