Change Working Hours salary impact

edited Jan 9, 2025 6:18PM in Compensation 11 comments

Summary:

We see a risk in Redwood UX that inappropriate salary changes are made in the Change Working Hours flow.

Content:

In Redwood UX, in the Change Working Hours flow, we would expect the salary fields to merely display the impact on the salary in Read-Only mode. In Responsive UI, we have personalized the Salary section by setting ‘Salary Amount’, ‘Adjustment Amount’ and ‘Adjustment Percentage’ to Read-Only using page composer. Unfortunately, we cannot achieve this in Visual Builder. Therefore, there is a risk in Redwood UX that inappropriate salary changes are made in the Change Working Hours flow, which would get unnoticed because these changes are not getting reflected in the approval notification. Please refer to the attached screenshots.
