Item Structure load : Reference Designator Issue

Unable to Load reference designator in Item Structure. We loaded Item Structure in Fusion instance structure, components loaded successfully but facing issue for Reference Designator. Out of 74473 only 32489 Reference designator loaded and cant see 41984 Reference designator loaded in instance. Schedule Process showing no error.

We tried to load again with the transaction type as SYNC for remaining Reference Designator still the result was same Process getting succeeded but Reference Designator not loaded.

Only error we can see is "request 3159024 is running on server ServiceServer_1 with Thread List : 0#0 CHECKSUM ::-4194107537935783370" that too form back hand.

Did any one face such issues do let us know, what can be the possibility. Its data issue or configuration issue not sure.
