How to stop generating duplicate requisition with Print Min-Max Planning Report

Summary:

One of our client scheduled the Print Min-Max Planning Report for re-order the stock and generate the automatic requisition. However, the Min-Max Planning report generating duplicate requisition for same item with same quantity if the already generated requisition is open or not yet completed or not adding into On hand quantity of a inventory. How can this be restricted to generate duplicate requisitions for same item though the Min-Max Planning Report is running every week?
