Use a retrodated Refresh point

Summary:

Hello,

Can we use a different Refresh Point for P2T instead of the scheduled Refresh date. Example Refresh is scheduled for 08/19 but we want the data as of July.

I just wanted to check with the SMEs or if anyone has experienced this type of scenario,

if its possible.
