How to update Identity Store values in HCM records?

Hello,

Identity store values are missing for some users' managers in the HCM records. How to populate these values?

This is causing issues in AP invoice approval workflow. Invoices are getting routed to submitter's manager instead of requester's manager, since requester's manager has missing identity store values in their Manager field.
