What will happen to archived data in archived tables post P2T refresh?

We are trying to use this 24B functionality for Archiving GL data in our dev3 instance. We want to understand what will be the impact of a P2T post we archive the data for a Fiscal year in dev3. Will the archived data still be in the archive tables or will it move back to the transactional tables post the refresh?
