Can you modify the script that runs after selecting approve or reject?

Summary:

Hi, we need help here, the client needs that when the "Approve or Reject" button is selected in the email message that the line manager receives after a subordinate requests an absence, the token generated by the script is hidden when selecting one of the 3 buttons "Accept", "Reject" or "Request information"
That is why we came up with two possible solutions, with the HTML format of the email message, put the token blank so that it is not reflected or with spaces move the token much lower, or also be able to modify the default messages that the script brings, could you help us with documentation regarding this topic or by sharing knowledge?
