Move large number of orders from Prod to Test

Summary:

We have requirement to move orders from Prod to Test for Bulk Plan Performance Testing, which includes more than 3000 Orders per test.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Currently we are doing this by manually extracting the Order XML and posting to Test Instance, this is very time consuming

Is there any way such as webservice or any other setup which can be done by selecting orders and posting to Test instance.
Any thoughts/insights is much appreciated
