Personal Brand - Mentorship - How to enable "Discuss" option?

We are implementing Mentoring process on 24B release.
When trying to click on "Discuss" option (for Mentors or Mentees) from Mentorship page, the following error message appears: "You can't use the discussion board because it hasn't been enabled. Contact your help desk."

Could you help us to know how to resolve this issue?
