Make config attribute read only on reconfigure action.

Summary:

Hi Team,

I have to make read only few configuration attributes when I click on reconfigure action. How we can achieve it?

Let us suppose we have 1 text attribute, and I have given value as "abcd" and click on update and add to quote. After that from line item grid i clicked on reconfigure action and I landed to configuration page. In that case I want to see that text attribute as read only. I should not be able to change the existing value "abcd" if it was reconfigured.
