Why retros are not getting triggered when there is change in entitlement due to proration
Summary:
The employee has applied leaves more than entitlement (i.e.,120 days) but the employee is only eligible for 80 days due to termination. Therefore, the sick leave entitlements need to be recalculated based on the prorated entitlement, and deductions should be made for the extra paid days. However, the employee is not being included in the retroactive process, even after running the ‘Evaluate Absences’ schedule.
