Shipping charges based on Shipping Method

Hi,

I have done setup of Shipping charges based on shipping method but shipping charges not populating while creating a sales order for the same shipping method. For shipping charges setup I have followed following steps:

1- Define Shipping Charges List based on the Item

2- Assign Shipping Charges List to Pricing Strategy

3- Assign Pricing Strategy to Pricing Strategy Assignment

Have I missed anything in the above steps?
