Evaluation due date impact in Initiative

HI Team,

I have launched initiative as of date 15-Aug-2024 and provided evaluation due date as 18-Aug-2024.Even today as of 19-aug-2024,Still supplier is able to respond the intiative after end date. what's impact of end date and how we can restrict to not to respond after due date.

Any suggestions.
