Is the list of Local Name Languages restricted to Language Packs Delivered by Oracle?

Summary:

We are deploying HCM to 100 countries. We have many countries that would like to record their local names using their own character sets.

When we enter the Local Name fields we can only choose from the list of around 30 supported languages.

Is it possible to extend this list or is there another way to record local names with local character sets?
