French Personnel Register report with multiple contract extensions

Dear all,

Would you be so kind to support with Report issue resolving described below.

We have a report “French Personnel Register” which is display currently employed in an establishment, and who were previously employed with the establishment in the last five years.

We discovered that if employee record have several contract extensions (with a date-effective update) this employee record is not included to the report.

The issue is that report is not contents employee records with contract extensions.
Can you, please, advise, what can be a root cause of issue.
