Table to get fixed accrual of an employee

Summary:

We have a customer requirement to create custom report which displays the fixed accrual for a person and the accrual as of period.
We are looking to get the fixed accrual for a person. The ANC tables(ANC_PER_ACRL_ENTRY_DTLS,ANC_PER_ABS_ENTRIES,anc_per_accrual_entries etc) which we checked will populate the fixed accrual only if we run the absence accrual process. Because of this the employee joined in the previous month and the Absence accrual process not run for the current month is populated with the accrual as the calculated value according to their joining date. After the current month absence accrual process run, the table is populating the fixed accrual.
