Expire human task is no working in OPA

Summary:

Hi Experts

I want the task to expire after 1 second and go to next step but it is not expiring and waiting indefinitely for user to take action. I want this to go ahead after 01 second, i'm using this dummy human task to just send the email notification. Please help
