which job role privilege allows users to remediate their worklist assigned Control output entry?

as above, I'm trying to create a lighter version of Advanced **** Controls Analyst role that ONLY allows users to be assigned and remediate their own Control outputs as an alternative to Risk Management Dashboard, but which privileges will do this?
