excel data download

Good day!

I would like to confirm the expected behavior when downloading an Excel file of form submissions from the email notification that states, "The data export you requested is ready to download." I’ve noticed a recurring issue: if I'm logged into Eloqua on Chrome and attempt to download the file using Edge (or vice versa), I encounter an error message that says, "You do not have permission to view this directory or page."

Is this behavior expected? Could you please provide more insight into this issue? I am attaching a file with my observations.
