How to developed time and labor fast formula with 2 shifts for a day?

Hi Team,

Has anyone worked on fast formula with 2 shifts for a day? Suppose Shift start time is 8 AM to 12 PM and second shift start time is 1 PM to 5PM.

The issue is while fetching Shift start time using DBI HWM_DTL_SCHD_ALL_START_TIME. It will override the first Shift start time with second Shift start time.

Please suggest if anyone has face this issue.
