Error: You entered an inactive worker as the preparer while importing reqs in EBS source from Cloud

Summary:

Our client is in Oracle EBS 12.2.12 as source and uses planning cloud for planning. We released planned orders from cloud and got it imported in to source.

Work orders are getting created without any issues, however, while trying to create PRs, we get the below error in the output file of req import program

No requisitions were created. Number of interface lines in error = 1

On checking the req import exceptions, we get the below error description

Cause: You entered an inactive worker as the preparer. Action: Enter an active worker as the preparer. Action: Make the preparer an active worker.
