How can I delete the end date of Element eligibility in a Element?

Summary:

In Set up and Maintenance/Search/Elements one of my Element is end date in Element Eligibility, So I cannot delete the end date. Because there is not option in oracle front end to do it.

I want to continue using this Element because it was end dated by mistake and I don't want to lost historical data.
