Ability to report out who joins talent community but does not apply to a job posting

We went live a few months ago with ORC, and in our setup we enabled the talent community and have it showing on the job search results page with a general application behind it. So if someone doesn't see a role currently on our openings they could still submit an application for us to review.

What we didn't fully understand at the time is that they go into the global talent pool along with all applicants to job postings and internal employees. So instead of easily being able to see the few that apply this way, we instead have a massive list of people with no clear understanding of who is just a general applicant vs who applied to a job posting.
