Summary:

We are in the process of migrating numerous domains to the otm cloud, and these domains include many reports (hundreds in total).

Is there a programmatic means of uploading these files to the otm cloud report server (OAS)?

The on prem version of OTM had a very nice utility script, BIPCatalogUtility.sh, that made this possible, but the otm cloud report server does not appear to accept posts from that utility.
