Setting up Secondary Ledger without COA Mapping

We have several ledgers defined in different countries. All Primary ledgers have Corporate COA, Corporate Calendar, Corporate Accounting Method (US GAAP) and the local currency.

This set up also includes Mexico where we already have a Primary ledger with Corporate COA, Currency - MXN, Corporate Calendar and Accounting Method - Corporate. Now there is a requirement to define a new ledger(secondary ledger) for Mexico with the local (Mexico) COA. But we will have a 3rd party to generate the financial statements in local (Mexico) COA structure (will be done outside Oracle) . But we want to upload the TB in local(Mexico) COA to our Oracle Secondary ledger defined in Mexico. Is this something we can achieve in Oracle cloud GL?
