Quality Inspection Approvals : "First Responder wins" scenario

Summary:

We have a requirement for inspection Approvals as below:

We have an approval group for an organization (it has 3 members)

Requirement: The requirement is for the 3 members to receive the notification at once and the approval process to go to completion if any one of the user takes an action to Approve.

Inspection should get completed if any one of the member take an action.

The parallel approval is not working in 'Inspection Approvals'.

This is a valid business scenario and I am amazed why oracle has given a sub-optimal Quality module in cloud.

Can anyone please help? Is there any workaround?
