How to hold approval notification for sometime

Summary:


We have requirement where a person submits a transaction, first it should send FYI notification to LM. Then after 30 days(this timeline is for verification), it should send approval notification to same LM. Once LM approves, immediately it should send next approval to HR.

Is this possible to hold approval notification for 30 days and send?
